Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel Recordful Pro whenever you like from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

No refunds

Payments for Recordful Pro are not refunded, in full or in part, including for unused time after you cancel.

To let you decide before paying:

• The extension is free, with no account, so you can try recording, annotating and exporting first.
• The yearly plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.

Exceptions

• Billing errors. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, email us and we will put it right.
• Your legal rights. Where the law in your country gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from a purchase, that right applies and this policy does not limit it.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Any refund is returned by Polar to the original payment method.
